Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you ("Member") and RMO Membership Club, a division of RMO ("Company"), governing business and personal memberships.


1. Account Disclosures
1.1 Upon joining the RMO Membership Club, Members will receive clear disclosures regarding account status, benefits, rights, and obligations associated with the membership.
1.2 Members agree to provide accurate and current information during the application process and update the Company of any changes as they occur.

2. Consumer Reports
2.1 By enrolling in the Membership Club, Members consent to the Company obtaining and using consumer reports, as necessary, for verification and account management purposes.

3. Identification
3.1 For security reasons, we require identification verification for all new Members and may request additional documentation if necessary. This helps protect your account from fraudulent activities.

4. Statutory Lien
4.1 The Company may impose a statutory lien on the Member’s assets held within RMO in case of unsettled dues or breach of this Agreement.

5. Security Interest and Contractual Lien
5.1 The Member grants the Company a security interest and contractual lien on any collateral or funds maintained within the Company’s accounts to secure repayment of debts or performance of obligations.

6. Information Provided Certification
6.1 As a Member, you certify that all information you provide is complete, accurate, and truthful. Any falsified or misleading information may result in termination of membership or legal action.

7. Escheatment
7.1 Dormant or unclaimed memberships will be subject to escheatment according to applicable state laws and Company policy. Members will be notified before any actions are taken.

8. Restriction of Services

8.1 The Company reserves the right to restrict services, suspend, or terminate memberships at its discretion, with or without cause. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of this Agreement, or misuse of membership privileges.

9. Other Limitations of Services
9.1 Some membership benefits may be subject to limitations due to legal, regulatory, or policy constraints. The Company will provide notice of any such limitations.

10. Required IRS Information
10.1 The Company may require specific tax forms and identification information for reporting purposes. Members are required to comply with these regulations and provide accurate data.

11. Data Sharing Amongst RMO Companies
11.1 By joining, Members consent to the sharing of their information with associated RMO companies for the purpose of enhancing service offerings. Data will be handled in compliance with privacy laws.

12. Dormant Membership
12.1 Memberships that remain inactive for a predetermined period will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur fees or be subject to termination if no activity is detected.

13. Change in Terms and Right of Assignment
13.1 The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any significant changes.

14. Verification and Correction of Membership Transactions
14.1 Members are responsible for reviewing transaction records and must promptly notify the Company of any discrepancies. Failure to report errors within 60 days will be considered acceptance of the transaction as accurate.

15. Membership Closing Practices
15.1 Members may close their accounts at any time by submitting a written request. All outstanding fees and obligations must be settled before the account is closed. The Company also retains the right to close accounts for cause.

16. Governing Laws and Liability
16.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which RMO’s principal offices are located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The liability of the Company will be limited to the extent permissible under applicable law.

17. Request for Information
17.1 Members have the right to request information on the specifics of the RMO Membership Club, including services, rates, fees, and transaction history. The Company will comply with reasonable requests.

18. RMO Membership Club’s Liability
18.1 In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from participation in the membership club.

19. Exclusions of Warranties
19.1 Membership services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

20. Access to RMO Membership Club's Participating Entities Products and Services
20.1 Membership provides access to various products and services offered by participating entities affiliated with RMO. Availability of these products and services is subject to change and is contingent upon third-party terms.

21. Information Disclosures
21.1 The Company may disclose information to regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and other entities as required by law or for compliance purposes. Members consent to such disclosures.

22. Online Access
22.1 The RMO Membership Club offers online access to account information, transaction history, and membership benefits. Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and promptly notifying the Company of any unauthorized use.

By enrolling in and maintaining membership within the RMO Membership Club, Members agree to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
