Yes. Unlike AppleCare+ (60 days from purchase) or SquareTrade (30 days), RMO MyTech can be added to existing devices at any time once you’re an RMO member. Some waiting periods may apply for existing pre-conditions; details are in the plan documents.
AppleCare+ only covers Apple products and charges $29 (screen) or $99 (other) per claim. Asurion plans typically charge $99–$249 per claim.
