What’s the difference between homeowners, condo, and renters insurance?

Homeowners (MyHomeowners) covers a house you own, including the structure. Condo (MyCondo) covers a unit you own from the walls in, plus loss assessment, since the association’s master policy covers the building shell. Renters (MyRenters) covers your belongings and liability when you rent. RMO offers all three.
