Product Registration Agreement

This Product Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs the registration and protection of products, including electronics, appliances, and tools, under RMO Protection's issued protection plans. By registering your product and signing up for a protection plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
1.1 "Product" refers to the electronics, appliances, and tools registered under the RMO Protection Plan.
1.2 "Customer" refers to the individual or entity registering the Product.
1.3 "RMO Protection" refers to the issuer of the protection plan.
2. Registration
2.1 Eligibility: Only Products owned by the Customer and in working condition at the time of registration are eligible for protection.
2.2 Information: The Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Product, including make, model, serial number, and purchase date.
2.3 Verification: RMO Protection reserves the right to verify the Product's eligibility and condition before accepting registration.
2.4 Fee: A registration fee of $5 per Product is required for the registration process.
3. Coverage
3.1 Scope: The protection plan covers damages, malfunctions, and other specified events as detailed in the plan documentation.
3.2 Exclusions: The protection plan does not cover any pre-existing conditions, intentional damage, loss, or theft unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Term: Coverage begins on the registration date and continues for the duration specified in the protection plan.
4. Claims
4.1 Filing a Claim: The Customer must contact RMO Protection within the timeframe specified in the protection plan to file a claim.
4.2 Documentation: The Customer must provide proof of purchase, photographs of the damage (if applicable), and any other documentation required by RMO Protection.
4.3 Evaluation: Claims will be evaluated and processed according to the terms set forth in the protection plan.
5. Cancellation
5.1 Voluntary Cancellation: The Customer may cancel the protection plan at any time by providing written notice to RMO Protection. Refunds will be issued according to the plan’s refund policy.
5.2 Termination by RMO Protection: RMO Protection reserves the right to terminate the protection plan for fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with this Agreement.
6. Limitations of Liability
6.1 No Warranty: RMO Protection makes no warranties or representations regarding the future performance or lifespan of the Products.
6.2 Liability Cap: RMO Protection's liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the registered Product, or a refund of up to the purchase price of the Product as per the plan agreement.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Customer resides.
7.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
7.3 Amendments: RMO Protection reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time, with notice to the Customer.
By registering your product for coverage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
