Welcome to MyRMO, your online account management tool for RMO companies. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using MyRMO to manage your Membership, Financial, and Retail Accounts. By accessing or using MyRMO, you agree to comply with this agreement.

2. Eligibility
To use MyRMO, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have an active account with an RMO company.

3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify RMO immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Services Offered
Through MyRMO, you can:

View and manage Membership details.
Access and manage Financial Accounts, including loans, credit cards, and payment history.
Shop and manage Retail Accounts, including order tracking and purchase history.

5. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Use MyRMO only for lawful purposes.
Refrain from using automated tools or engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is handled in accordance with RMO's Privacy Policy. By using MyRMO, you consent to data collection and use as described therein.

7. Service Availability
RMO strives to maintain continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability
RMO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MyRMO.

9. Termination and Suspension
RMO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyRMO for any reason, including violations of this agreement.

10. Amendments
RMO may update this agreement periodically. Continued use of MyRMO after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
