Primary Account Requirement
The primary authorized party or Expert of the business must also hold an active RMO Personal Membership.
This ensures proper identity verification, access to the RMO Membership network, and connection between business and personal-level rewards programs.
If the primary contact does not already have an RMO Personal Membership, they will be prompted to apply during the business application process.

Receive your decision - most applications are approved instantly, but in some cases, final review may take up to 48 business hours.
Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and gain access to your MyRMO Business Dashboard, where you can manage your benefits, track rewards, and add Experts.
