Yes. You can upgrade your RMO Personal Membership at any time to unlock higher-tier benefits, greater savings, and enhanced rewards. Upgrades can be made directly from your MyRMO dashboard :

If you’ve lost your card or can’t find your member ID, log in to the My RMO app or your online account to view your digital membership card. You may also view other account information 24/7 online or in the mobile app.

You can request to cancel your RMO Personal Membership through any of the following approved methods:
