Yes. RMO Membership points and rewards expire after one (1) year from the date they were earned. To keep your rewards active, you must continue to use your RMO Personal Membership account regularly by earning or redeeming points within each 12-month period.

You can check your current points balance and upcoming expirations anytime by signing in to your MyRMO account at https://digital.rmous.org/myrmo or through the MyRMO App on the App Store or Google Play.

Expired points or rewards are automatically removed from your account and cannot be reinstated. Members are encouraged to redeem rewards regularly for account credit, cash back, gift cards, or special offers before expiration.

If your RMO credit card or debit card is lost or stolen, take action immediately to protect your account. Immediate Steps: Lock your card: Log in to MyRMO and go to "Card Management."
