After signing in at

or through the app, the primary authorized account holder can view and update:

  • Membership details - Review your current plan, renewal date, and billing information.

  • Authorized users - Add, remove, or edit Expert access.

  • Business rewards and points - Track, redeem, or convert earned points.

  • Partner offers and RMO Divisions - Access your eligible discounts and partner programs.

  • Billing and invoices - View payment history and update billing preferences.

  • Upgrade or change membership levels - Move to a higher plan anytime to unlock more rewards and features.

Most account management actions can be completed instantly online. If additional verification is needed, RMO Support may contact you to confirm certain details.
