RMO eCommerce is a marketplace for buying, selling, and trading electronics and appliances. Here is how to get started as a buyer or seller.

Buying:

  1. Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "eCommerce."
  2. Browse categories (smartphones, laptops, tablets, appliances, etc.) or use the search bar.
  3. Select an item to view details, condition, pricing, and seller ratings.
  4. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  5. Pay securely using your RMO account, RMOPay, or a linked payment method.
  6. Track your order through MyRMO. Items are shipped directly to your address.

Selling:

  1. Log in to MyRMO and go to "eCommerce" then "Sell an Item."
  2. List your item with photos, description, condition, and asking price.
  3. Once a buyer purchases your item, you will receive shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item within the specified window. Proceeds are deposited to your RMO account after the buyer confirms receipt.

Buyer and Seller Protections: All transactions are covered by the RMO eCommerce Purchase Protection program, which includes dispute resolution and refund eligibility for items not as described.
