The RMO Trade-In Program allows you to exchange eligible devices and vehicles for credit toward new purchases on RMO eCommerce or other RMO services.

How It Works:

  1. Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "eCommerce" then "Trade-In."
  2. Select the type of item you want to trade in (smartphone, tablet, laptop, vehicle, etc.).
  3. Enter the item details: make, model, year, and condition.
  4. Receive an instant estimated trade-in value.
  5. If you accept the estimate, follow the instructions to ship the item (for devices) or schedule a drop-off appointment (for vehicles).
  6. Once the item is received and inspected, the final trade-in value is confirmed and credited to your RMO account.

Eligible Items:

  • Smartphones, tablets, and laptops (most major brands)
  • Desktop computers and monitors
  • Vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
  • Select appliances

Using Your Credit: Trade-in credit can be applied toward any purchase on RMO eCommerce, RMO Marketplace, or select RMO services. The credit is available in your RMO account once the inspection is complete.
