RMO Marketplace is your one-stop shop for electronics, fashion, home goods, and more. Here is how to get started.
Getting Started:
- Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "Marketplace."
- Browse by category, use the search bar, or explore featured deals and new arrivals.
- Select an item to view details, pricing, ratings, and shipping information.
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout and choose your payment method: RMO account, RMOPay, credit card, or linked payment method.
- Select a shipping option and confirm your order.
Order Tracking: Track all your orders in MyRMO under "My Orders." You will receive notifications when your order ships and when it is delivered.
Returns and Refunds: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Initiate a return through MyRMO by selecting the order and clicking "Return Item." Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received.
