Application Steps:

  1. Schedule an appointment through MyRMO or by calling us. A Merchant Services Expert will discuss your business type, transaction volume, and payment processing needs.
  2. Complete the merchant application, which includes your business information, EIN, banking details for settlement, and estimated monthly processing volume.
  3. Submit any required documentation (business license, proof of address, voided check for your business account).
  4. Once approved (typically within 2–5 business days), your Expert will help you select and configure your payment equipment.

Equipment and Setup:

  • Choose from countertop terminals, wireless devices, or mobile card readers.
  • Online payment gateway setup for e-commerce businesses.
