Transferring an existing prescription to RMO Pharmacy is simple and can be done through MyRMO without needing to visit your previous pharmacy.

How to Transfer:

  1. Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "Pharmacy."
  2. Select "Transfer a Prescription."
  3. Enter the following information:
  • Your current pharmacy name, address, and phone number
  • Prescription number (found on your current medication label)
  • Medication name, dosage, and prescribing doctor's name
  1. Select your preferred RMO Pharmacy location or choose home delivery.
  2. Submit the transfer request.

What Happens Next:

  • RMO Pharmacy contacts your current pharmacy to authorize the transfer.
  • Most transfers are completed within 24–48 hours.
  • You will receive a notification in MyRMO when your prescription is ready for pickup or has been shipped.

Note: Controlled substances and certain specialty medications may have transfer restrictions based on state regulations. If your prescription cannot be transferred, an Expert will advise you on next steps.
