RMO Repair Services handles electronics, appliance, automotive, and HVAC repairs for residential and commercial customers. All repairs are by appointment.
Scheduling Online:
- Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "Repair Services."
- Select the repair category: electronics, appliance, automotive, or HVAC.
- Describe the item and the issue you are experiencing.
- Upload photos of the item and any error messages or damage (optional but helpful).
- Choose a date and time for the appointment.
- Confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation and reminder through MyRMO.
What to Expect:
- An Expert technician will diagnose the issue and provide a repair estimate before any work begins.
- You approve the estimate before repairs proceed.
- Most common repairs are completed within the initial appointment. Complex repairs may require parts ordering and a follow-up visit.
In-Home and On-Site Repairs: For large appliances, HVAC, and commercial equipment, an Expert will come to your location. For electronics and small items, you may bring the item to an RMO repair center.
