RMOPay makes sending and requesting money fast and easy through the MyRMO app or website.

Sending Money:

  1. Open MyRMO and select "RMOPay."
  2. Tap "Send" and search for the recipient by RMOTag, email, or phone number.
  3. Enter the payment amount and add an optional note (e.g., "Dinner last night").
  4. Select your funding source: RMO checking account, savings account, or linked debit card.
  5. Review the details and tap "Send Payment."

Payments funded from an RMO account to another RMO member are delivered instantly. Payments funded by debit card may take 1–3 minutes.

Requesting Money:

  1. Open MyRMO and select "RMOPay."
  2. Tap "Request" and search for the person you are requesting from.
  3. Enter the amount and an optional note.
  4. Tap "Send Request."

The recipient will receive a notification and can approve or decline the request in their MyRMO app.

Splitting a Bill:

  1. Select "Split" in RMOPay.
  2. Enter the total bill amount.
  3. Add the people you want to split with.
  4. RMOPay will calculate each person's share. You can adjust individual amounts if needed.
  5. Send the split request. Each person pays their portion through RMOPay.
