Your RMOTag is a unique identifier that makes it easy for others to send you money through RMOPay without needing to share your account number.

Creating Your RMOTag:

  1. Log in to MyRMO and navigate to "RMOPay."
  2. Select "Set Up RMOTag."
  3. Choose a unique tag name (for example, @JohnDoe or @JaneBiz). It must be between 3 and 20 characters and can include letters, numbers, and underscores.
  4. Confirm your selection. If the tag is already taken, you will be prompted to choose another.
  5. Link a default receiving account (checking or savings) where incoming payments will be deposited.

Sharing Your RMOTag:

Once your RMOTag is set up, you can share it with anyone who wants to send you money. They simply search for your tag in the RMOPay screen within MyRMO.

Managing Your RMOTag:

  • You can change your RMOTag once every 90 days from the RMOPay settings in MyRMO.
  • You can update your default receiving account at any time.
  • You can deactivate your RMOTag temporarily or permanently from the settings menu.
