RMO Warranty Services provides coverage for products purchased through RMO or enrolled in an RMO warranty plan. Coverage details vary by plan type.
What Is Typically Covered:
- Manufacturer defects that cause the product to stop functioning as intended
- Mechanical and electrical failures during normal use
- Component failures (motor, compressor, circuit board, etc.) in covered appliances and electronics
Coverage Duration:
- Sales Warranty: Included with purchase, covering defects for 30–90 days after delivery.
- Product Warranty: Extended coverage for 1–5 years depending on the product and plan selected at purchase.
- Service Warranty: Covers labor and parts for repairs performed by RMO Repair Services for 30–90 days after the repair date.
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality
- Consumable parts (batteries, filters, bulbs) unless otherwise specified
- Damage from power surges, floods, or other natural events
- Products used for purposes other than their intended use
