Typically eligible devices:
- Smartphones (business-issued or BYOD).
- Tablets used for sales, inventory, or operations.
- Laptops and desktop workstations.
- Point-of-sale (POS) terminals and card readers.
- Routers, network switches, and small office networking gear.
- Monitors and external displays.
- Printers used in core business operations.
Tier-specific notes:
- BizTech I covers a single critical device.
- BizTech II covers multiple devices across one location or small team.
- BizTech III covers expanding fleets with priority service.
- BizTech IV covers full fleets at scale with same-day replacement.
What's typically not covered: intentional damage, cosmetic-only damage, devices stolen with no police report, devices used in environments excluded by the plan documents (e.g., heavy industrial). Coverage details and exclusions are described in the BizTech plan documents.
