How a typical service call works:
- You file a service request through MyRMO.
- An approved local technician is dispatched.
- The technician diagnoses the issue.
- If the breakdown is covered, repair or replacement is coordinated and billed to RMO MyHome (you pay only the per-service-call deductible).
