How a typical service call works:

  1. You file a service request through MyRMO.
  2. An approved local technician is dispatched.
  3. The technician diagnoses the issue.
  4. If the breakdown is covered, repair or replacement is coordinated and billed to RMO MyHome (you pay only the per-service-call deductible).
