How it works

Eligible full-time team members can receive tuition assistance for accredited undergraduate, graduate, and professional certificate programs. Reimbursement amounts and approval depend on the program's relevance to your role and your time at RMO. Specific limits and the application process are reviewed during onboarding and live in our team-member benefits guide.

The fastest path is through one of our three direct university partnerships, where pre-negotiated tuition rates and streamlined enrollment mean less paperwork and lower out-of-pocket costs.

Programs outside our partner schools

If your program isn't at one of our partner universities, you can still apply for general tuition assistance. Approval looks at three things:

  • Whether the program is regionally or nationally accredited
  • Whether the subject matter relates to your current role or a documented career path within RMO
  • Available budget within your division for the benefit period

Professional certifications (CPA, SHRM-CP, PMP, AWS, CFA, and similar) are typically eligible for full reimbursement when relevant to your role.

Stacking with other education benefits

Our tuition program is designed to complement, not replace, other education benefits. If you're using GI Bill, MyCAA, or state workforce funding, our partner schools can typically combine those with RMO assistance to maximize coverage. Talk to your recruiter or People & Culture business partner for a walk-through of how it stacks for your specific program.

Eligibility & timing

  • Available to eligible full-time team members; some part-time roles qualify after a tenure threshold
  • Must remain in good performance standing
  • Pre-approval is required before enrolling for the term you want reimbursed
  • A service-back commitment may apply for larger reimbursements
