Applicant FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours isn't covered here, get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

How do I apply for a role?

Browse open positions on our Open Roles page, click into any listing, and select Apply Now. You'll be taken to our application portal at digital.rmous.org/mycareer where you can create an account, upload your resume, and submit your application.

What happens after I submit my application?

Our recruiting team reviews every application. If your background looks like a fit, a recruiter will reach out to schedule an initial conversation. From there, the process typically includes a hiring-manager interview, one or more team or technical conversations, and a final discussion. We'll share what to expect at each step.

How long does the hiring process take?

It varies by role and team. Most candidates hear back on their initial application within two weeks. End-to-end — from application to offer — the process commonly runs three to six weeks. Specialized or senior roles can take longer.

How can I check the status of my application?

Sign in to your account at digital.rmous.org/mycareer/signin. Your dashboard shows every role you've applied to and the current stage of each.

Can I apply to more than one role?

Yes. We encourage it — if multiple openings interest you, apply to each one. Each application is reviewed independently.

Do you sponsor work visas?

Sponsorship varies by role, division, and location. Each job listing indicates whether sponsorship is available. If you're unsure, apply and let the recruiter know your situation early in the conversation.

What if I don't see a role that fits?

New roles open regularly. We recommend checking back, or following us on LinkedIn where we announce most openings. We don't currently maintain a public talent network for general interest applications.

Do you offer internships or early-career programs?

We hire interns and early-career professionals across multiple divisions. Open internship roles appear in the same listing as full-time roles — filter by Job Type on the Open Roles page.

I need an accommodation to apply or interview.

We're committed to an accessible application process. See our Accessibility & Accommodations page for the request process and contact information.

How is my information used and protected?

See our Applicant Privacy Notice for a full description of what we collect, how it's used, who has access, and how long it's retained.
