About the role

Lead member experience at RMO Membership Club. Member services is the heart of what we do — you'll set the standards, mentor Experts, and partner with the EVP on member-facing strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of Member Services Experts • Set service quality standards and KPIs • Partner with EVP and CMO on member experience • Champion the member voice across RMO

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in member or customer services leadership • Track record running 24/7 service operations • Strong coaching skills; you've developed leaders • Membership-org or fintech experience preferred

Salary range: $135,000 – $175,000 United States Dollar · Exempt
