• Manage a team of Operations Experts across multiple functions • Own ops dashboards, SLAs, and quality metrics • Drive process improvements and automation • Partner with the EVP on quarterly planning
• 8+ years in banking or financial services operations • 3+ years managing operations teams • Strong analytical skills and process design experience • Bachelor's required
