• Architect cross-team systems and set long-range direction • Lead the most ambitious platform initiatives • Mentor senior and staff-track engineers • Represent engineering in cross-divisional reviews
• 8+ years engineering experience including significant senior time • Track record of impact across multiple teams • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority • Deep expertise in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or platform engineering
