• Define and execute the engineering org strategy • Recruit, hire, and grow the engineering leadership bench • Partner with CTO on architecture and platform direction • Be the executive face of engineering across RMO
• 15+ years of engineering experience with significant leadership • Demonstrated track record building and scaling distributed systems orgs • Experience hiring and developing engineering leaders • Strong product partnership instincts
