• Own end-to-end operations strategy and execution • Partner with the COO on quarterly and annual planning • Drive operational excellence metrics across teams • Mentor Directors and emerging leaders
• 12+ years of operations leadership in financial services • Track record of scaling ops teams of 50+ • Deep familiarity with consumer lending operations • Bachelor's required; MBA preferred
