Own enterprise risk strategy across the RMO family of companies. Partner with the Chief Risk Officer to set risk appetite, build the risk framework, and lead Directors across each subsidiary's risk function.
• Define enterprise risk strategy and appetite • Partner with the CRO on board reporting and regulatory engagement • Lead Risk Directors across all subsidiaries • Build the next generation of risk leaders at RMO
• 15+ years in enterprise risk management at large financial institutions • Deep familiarity with banking, lending, and insurance risk frameworks • Track record building and scaling risk programs • Advanced degree or designation (MBA, FRM, PRM) strongly preferred
