Member-facing role at RMO Hospitality's Las Vegas Field Office. Help members with travel and hospitality bookings, resolve issues, and represent RMO's service standards.
• Handle member inquiries about hospitality bookings • Resolve booking issues and escalations • Document interactions in our CRM • Identify opportunities to delight members
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred • Strong communication skills • Comfort with hospitality booking systems (we'll train) • HS diploma or equivalent
