• Take member calls about roadside emergencies • Coordinate with dispatch and service providers • Document interactions accurately • Follow up to make sure members are taken care of
• Strong customer service skills • Comfort working in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts • Calm under pressure • HS diploma or equivalent
