Lead a pod of Member Services Representatives at RMO Bank. You'll set the tone for member experience, run shift handoffs, and partner with the Director on staffing and process.
• Run daily standups, shift handoffs, and quality reviews for your pod • Coach reps and specialists on complex cases • Own shift-level metrics (CSAT, time-to-resolve, escalation rate) • Partner with Director on hiring, schedule, and training
• 4+ years of member-facing experience, with at least 1 year leading a small team • Strong coaching instincts; you've mentored peers into stronger performers • Comfort owning shift-level operating decisions • Banking or financial services background preferred
