• Answer member calls, chats, and secure messages • Resolve account questions and route complex issues to specialists • Document interactions accurately in our CRM • Identify opportunities to better serve members
• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong written and verbal communication • Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, or call center) • Comfort working with computers and learning new software
