Take ownership of complex member situations at RMO Bank. Specialists handle escalations, work cross-functionally with Lending and Underwriting, and mentor newer Representatives.
• Handle escalated member issues end-to-end • Coordinate with Compliance and Risk on edge cases • Pair with Representatives for ride-along coaching • Identify gaps in our procedures and propose improvements
• 2+ years in member-facing financial services (banking, lending, or insurance) • Familiarity with deposit accounts, credit products, or both • Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills • Comfort acting as a referral path for less-experienced reps
