Take on the most complex personal lines accounts at RMO Insurance and mentor newer underwriters. Senior underwriters operate with significant authority and represent the team in cross-functional reviews.
• Underwrite complex personal lines submissions outside the standard book • Mentor and coach junior underwriters • Partner with Product on guideline updates • Represent Underwriting in claims-experience and risk-trend reviews
• 4+ years of personal lines underwriting experience • Demonstrated ability to handle complex risks (high-value homes, multi-policy, etc.) • CPCU, AU, or similar designation strongly preferred • Active P&C license
