Lead the design and implementation of high-impact systems on the RMO eCommerce platform. You'll own significant portions of our architecture and mentor mid-level engineers.
• Lead the design of major features and platform improvements • Drive technical decisions across the engineering team • Mentor mid-level engineers; raise the team's engineering bar • Partner closely with product, security, and SRE
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • Strong design sense — you've led multi-team or multi-quarter projects • Production experience with PostgreSQL, distributed systems, or large-scale web platforms • Comfort writing technical specs and reviewing them
