• Architect cross-team systems and set long-range technical direction • Lead the most ambitious projects on the eCommerce platform • Mentor senior and staff-track engineers • Represent eCommerce engineering in cross-divisional technical reviews
• 8+ years of engineering experience, including significant time at the senior level • Track record of architecting systems used by millions of members • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across teams • Deep expertise in at least one of: distributed systems, data infrastructure, or platform engineering
