Online Access Agreement | RMO

This agreement governs your use of MyRMO digital banking, mobile applications, and all online services provided by RMO Corporation and its subsidiaries.

Digital Services Agreement

By enrolling in or using MyRMO, the RMO mobile app, or any RMO digital platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Online Access Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

This agreement covers all digital services accessible through MyRMO, including online account management, mobile banking, bill pay, fund transfers, mobile deposit, account alerts, secure messaging, and any other features made available through RMO digital platforms. Services may vary by membership tier and product enrollment.

2. Enrollment & Access

To access digital services, you must be an active RMO member with at least one eligible product or account. You are responsible for providing accurate enrollment information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and ensuring that your contact information remains current. RMO may require identity verification at enrollment and periodically thereafter.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to keep your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your MyRMO account. Notify us immediately at (888) 764-3448 if you suspect unauthorized access. Failure to promptly report unauthorized access may affect your liability for unauthorized transactions.

4. Electronic Communications

By using digital services, you consent to receive electronic communications from RMO, including account statements, disclosures, notices, and alerts via email, push notification, SMS, or secure message within MyRMO. You may update your communication preferences in your MyRMO settings at any time.

5. Mobile Deposit

Mobile deposit is available to eligible members and is subject to deposit limits, hold policies, and additional terms disclosed at the time of enrollment. You agree to endorse checks as required and to retain original checks for a minimum of 14 business days after deposit. RMO reserves the right to adjust deposit limits and availability based on account history.

6. Bill Pay & Transfers

Bill pay and fund transfer services are subject to processing times, daily limits, and availability schedules. Scheduled payments and transfers are processed based on the business day cutoff times disclosed in MyRMO. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available for all scheduled transactions.

7. Service Availability

RMO strives to maintain continuous availability of digital services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control. RMO is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. RMO may suspend or terminate your digital access if we suspect unauthorized use, fraud, or a violation of these terms. Termination of digital access does not affect your underlying account agreements or membership status.
