How do I become an RMO dealer partner?

Dealer partnerships go through RMO M.A.P.S (Mergers, Acquisitions, Partnerships & Services). Submit an information request at /maps/request-more-information/ and select Auto Dealer Partnership. We’ll review your dealership’s details, credit-tier mix, monthly volume, and licensing, and follow up within 5–10 business days.

What credit tiers does RMO Auto Finance work with?

RMO programs cover prime, near-prime, and non-prime borrowers. We support a wide credit-tier range so you can present a single lender to most of your floor without juggling multiple submissions.

How fast is funding after a deal is submitted?

Most complete deals fund within 24–48 hours of receiving final stipulations. Same-day funding is available for established partner dealers with clean stip packages.

Do you offer floor plan financing?

Yes. RMO offers floor plan lines for new and used inventory at competitive rates, with flexible curtailment terms and online inventory management. Floor plan is available alongside or independent of indirect lending.

What does the dealer portal include?

The RMO dealer portal includes deal submission, real-time decisioning, deal tracking, funding status, reserve and incentive statements, contract uploads, and reporting. Each dealer also gets a dedicated relationship manager for escalation.

Are there minimum volume requirements?

There are no rigid minimums to apply, but we prioritize dealers who can run consistent monthly volume and maintain clean stip and chargeback profiles. Volume tier impacts reserve and program eligibility.

What states does RMO Auto Finance cover?

RMO Auto Finance is expanding state-by-state. Confirm current state availability and licensing during the application call.

Is there a fee to apply or be a partner dealer?

No application fee. Dealer agreements describe any program-specific fees (e.g., floor plan audit fees) at signup. There is no recurring "partner fee" to remain in the network.
