Log in to your MyRMO account through the app or online banking and select RMOPay from the menu.

Common questions.

Who can use RMOPay?

Any RMO member can use RMOPay. Both the sender and recipient must be RMO members. Recipients can choose to receive funds into their RMO Bank account or to an external bank account or debit card.

Are there any fees?

There are no fees when the recipient receives funds into their RMO Bank account. If the recipient chooses to receive funds to an external bank account or debit card, a small processing fee applies. See the fee schedule in MyRMO for current rates.

Is there a limit on how much I can send?

Members can send up to $2,500 per transaction and up to $10,000 per day. Higher limits may be available for business accounts. Contact member services for details.

How fast do transfers arrive?

Transfers are instant. The recipient will see the funds in their account within seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Can I cancel a payment?

Because transfers are instant, payments cannot be canceled once sent. Always double-check the recipient and amount before confirming. If you sent money to the wrong person, contact member services immediately.

Do I need to download a separate app?

No. RMOPay is built directly into your MyRMO online banking experience. Access it from the MyRMO website or mobile app — no additional downloads required.

What happens if I’m a victim of fraud?

RMO’s zero-fraud liability policy protects you. If an unauthorized transaction occurs, report it immediately and you will not be held responsible. Call member services at (888) 764-3448.
