Introducing Member Mondays: A New Offer Every Week
Starting this spring, RMO members get a fresh offer every Monday — discounts, drops, sweepstakes, and bonuses across personal and business products, posted weekly at /membership/member-mondays.
We're launching Member Mondays, a new weekly cadence of offers exclusively for RMO members. Every Monday, a fresh offer goes live and stays live through Sunday night. Then the next one drops.
The program rotates through four kinds of offers so there's variety from week to week:
- Discounts. A percentage or dollar amount off a specific product or service.
- Drops. A free service, a fee waiver, or a one-week add-on.
- Sweepstakes. A free-to-enter drawing for a credit, a prize, or a gift.
- Bonuses. Extra cashback, extra interest, or extra rewards layered on top of existing products.
Some weeks favor personal-membership products like checking, savings, or credit cards. Some weeks favor business-membership products like Business Checking, SBA inquiries, or merchant tools. Some weeks open to both. The rotation is designed so members across our full product line see something useful every few weeks.

Who's eligible
Every active RMO Personal or Business member can take advantage of the week's offers. Each offer card shows whether it's for Personal members, Business members, or both, and any per-offer eligibility and quantity caps are spelled out in the terms.
Why we're doing it
Members consistently tell us they want simple, recurring reasons to engage with their RMO products beyond the day they signed up. A predictable Monday cadence is easier to remember than a one-off promotion, and the variety across the four offer types means the program stays interesting whether you mostly use us for everyday banking, for protection products, for your business, or for occasional services like notary and repair.
