How to manage your preferences
Use the link in your most recent RMO email.
Every RMO marketing, review-request, and service-update email contains a personalized link to this page. Open one of those emails and click Manage preferences (usually in the footer) to load your current settings.
Can't find a recent email? Contact RMO Member Care and we'll send you a fresh manage-preferences link.
What you'll be able to change
- Marketing & Newsletters — Product announcements, division newsletters, and promotional offers.
- Review & Feedback Requests — Post-interaction asks for a public review or private feedback.
- Service Updates & Outages — Maintenance windows, planned downtime, and non-critical service notes.
Required account, security, and regulatory notices are not affected by any of these settings.
