Multi-Factor Authentication

MyRMO accounts support multi-factor authentication (MFA) to add an extra layer of protection beyond your password. We strongly recommend enabling MFA through your MyRMO settings to secure your account against unauthorized access.

Fraud Monitoring

We monitor account activity around the clock using advanced analytics and machine learning to detect suspicious transactions and unauthorized access. If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict access and notify you immediately.

Regular Security Assessments

RMO conducts regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and third-party security audits across all digital platforms. We maintain compliance with PCI DSS, SOC 2, and other applicable security frameworks.

Protecting Yourself Online

Use strong, unique passwords for your MyRMO account. Enable multi-factor authentication. Never share your login credentials, one-time passcodes, or security questions with anyone. Be cautious of emails, calls, or texts claiming to be from RMO that ask for personal information — we will never ask for your full password or PIN via email or text.

Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you notice unauthorized transactions, suspicious communications, or believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at (888) 764-3448. You can also report suspicious activity through your MyRMO account or by visiting any RMO Retail Center. Prompt reporting helps us protect your accounts and prevent further unauthorized activity.
