Who we are & what we do.

Who is providing this notice?

This notice is provided by RMO Corporation and its financial subsidiaries (together, “RMO”), including RMO’s banking, lending, insurance, protection, investment, and payments divisions.

How does RMO protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. We limit access to personal information to those who need it to provide products or services to you.

How does RMO collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you open an account or apply for a loan; provide account information or give us your contact information; use your credit or debit card or make deposits or withdrawals from your account; or apply for insurance or seek financial or tax services. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See “Other important information” below.

Definitions

Affiliates — Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. RMO’s affiliates include the companies within the RMO family of subsidiaries.

Nonaffiliates — Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. RMO does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing — A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. RMO does not engage in joint marketing.

Other important information

State laws. For residents of California, Vermont, and certain other states, additional restrictions may apply to information sharing, and RMO will limit sharing among its affiliates and with nonaffiliates as required by your state’s law.
