Consent to Electronic Communications and Signatures

How RMO delivers disclosures, agreements, and other communications electronically — and the choices you have.

Last Updated: May 21, 2026

Your agreement to do business electronically.

This consent applies when you enroll in MyRMO, apply for an RMO product or service online, or otherwise agree to receive communications from RMO electronically. By doing so, you consent under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act) to receive Communications electronically and to use electronic records and electronic signatures in your dealings with RMO Corporation and its subsidiaries.

What this consent covers

“Communications” means any agreement, disclosure, notice, statement, record, tax document, terms change, or other information RMO provides to you, or that you sign or submit, in connection with your accounts, products, and services. This may include, for example:

Some Communications may still be provided on paper where required by law.

How we deliver electronic Communications

RMO may deliver Communications by posting them to MyRMO or another secure online or mobile service, by email, by sending a notification directing you to a secure location to retrieve the Communication, or by another electronic method. It is your responsibility to review Communications when they are made available.

Technology you will need

To receive and retain electronic Communications, you need: a computer or mobile device with internet access; a current, supported web browser; software that can display and save PDF documents; a valid email address; and the ability to print or electronically store Communications for your records.

Keeping your contact information current

You must keep your email address and other contact information current so that RMO can deliver Communications to you. You can update your contact information in your MyRMO profile or by contacting RMO Member Services.

Requesting paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any electronic Communication at no charge, where RMO is able to provide one, by contacting RMO Member Services at (888) 764-3448. Requesting a paper copy does not, by itself, withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time by contacting RMO Member Services. Withdrawing consent may delay the delivery of Communications, may require RMO to provide certain documents by mail, and — for products and services that are offered only electronically — may mean you can no longer use or enroll in those products or services. Any withdrawal of consent takes effect only after RMO has had a reasonable time to process it.

Legal effect

Electronic Communications, records, and signatures used in your dealings with RMO have the same legal force and effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures. An electronic Communication is considered received when RMO makes it available to you, sends it to you, or notifies you that it is available.
