Returns & Exchanges Policy | RMO

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from the RMO Shop. If something isn’t right, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be simple and fair.

Return & Exchange Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made through shop.rmous.org and at participating RMO Retail Centers. Product-specific terms may apply and will be noted at the time of purchase.

30-Day Return Window

Most items purchased from the RMO Shop may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Easy Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference. Exchange availability is subject to current inventory.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. RMO members may also choose to receive a refund as RMO Shop credit, which is applied instantly to your account.

Member Benefits

RMO members enjoy free return shipping on all eligible items. Non-members are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your MyRMO account and go to Order History
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. Choose Return for Refund or Exchange and select a reason
  4. Print the prepaid return label (members) or shipping instructions
  5. Ship the item in its original packaging within 7 days of initiating the return

You can also initiate a return or exchange at any RMO Retail Center by bringing the item and your order confirmation or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Gift cards and prepaid cards
  • Digital downloads and software licenses
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Opened consumables (ink, toner, batteries)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.

Electronics & Devices

Electronics, devices, and accessories purchased from the RMO Shop may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Opened electronics are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is defective. All returned electronics must include the original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Refunds are then issued as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • RMO Account: 1–3 business days
  • RMO Shop Credit: Instant upon approval
  • PayPal / RMOPay: 3–5 business days
