Shipping & Handling Policy | RMO

Everything you need to know about shipping methods, delivery timeframes, rates, and tracking for orders placed through the RMO Shop.

Shipping Options & Delivery

This policy applies to all orders placed through shop.rmous.org. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times may vary based on your location and the items ordered.

Standard Shipping

Delivery within 5–7 business days. Free on orders over $50 for members, or over $75 for non-members.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery within 2–3 business days. Available for most items shipping to the contiguous U.S. Rates calculated at checkout.

Next-Day Shipping

Delivery by the next business day when ordered before 1:00 PM PT. Available for select items to the contiguous U.S.

In-Store Pickup

Order online and pick up at a participating RMO Retail Center at no cost. Ready within 1–2 business days.

Oversized or hazardous items may incur additional surcharges displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM PT on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Track your order by logging into your MyRMO account and visiting Order History, or use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

The RMO Shop ships to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes (recipient’s responsibility). Delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Mexico: 10–21 business days

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund.
