Text Message (SMS) Terms

RMO text message programs.

These terms apply to text (SMS and MMS) messages sent by RMO Corporation and its subsidiaries to the mobile number associated with your account. By providing a mobile number to RMO or enrolling in an RMO texting program, you agree to these terms.

RMO texting programs may include:

• Security and verification messages — such as one-time passcodes used to confirm your identity;
• Account and service alerts — such as transaction, balance, payment, and fraud alerts you have enabled;
• Servicing messages — updates RMO needs to send about your accounts or applications; and
• Promotional messages — offers and updates, sent only where you have separately consented to receive them.

Consent

By enrolling, you authorize RMO to send text messages to your mobile number, which may be delivered using automated technology. Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any RMO product or service. Security, verification, and essential servicing messages may be sent as part of providing your accounts and services.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on the programs you use and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. RMO does not charge a fee for its text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates will apply.

How to opt out

You can opt out of a texting program at any time by replying STOP to any text message from that program. After you reply STOP, RMO will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages from that program. You may still receive certain security, verification, or essential servicing messages where permitted, and where they are necessary to provide your accounts and services. You can also manage text and alert preferences in MyRMO.

Carriers and delivery

Text messages are delivered through your mobile carrier and are not guaranteed to be timely or successful. RMO and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and carriers are not responsible for messages sent through an RMO program.

Your privacy

Information handled in connection with RMO texting programs is treated in accordance with the RMO Privacy Notice. RMO does not sell mobile information collected for texting programs.
