New: Instant Card Replacement Now Available in MyRMO

Lost or stolen card? RMO members can now order a replacement debit or credit card directly from the MyRMO app with delivery in 2-3 business days.

RMO has added instant card replacement to the MyRMO digital banking platform, making it faster and easier than ever for members to replace lost, stolen, or damaged debit and credit cards.

How It Works

  1. Log in to MyRMO on the app or web
  2. Navigate to the card management section
  3. Select "Replace Card" and choose your reason
  4. Confirm your shipping address
  5. Your new card ships immediately — delivery in 2-3 business days

The old card is automatically deactivated when you submit the replacement request, protecting your account from unauthorized use. Your new card arrives with a new number, and recurring payments linked to your old card can be updated through the MyRMO card management portal.

For members who need immediate access to funds, digital wallet provisioning is available — add your new card to Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay before the physical card arrives.

This feature is available now to all RMO members with active debit or credit card accounts.
