Late rent is the quiet tax on a property management operation — it breaks budgets, eats staff time, and never fully stops. BizRent ends it: when you collect rent through RMO, you are paid in full on the due date regardless of when, or whether, the tenant pays. RMO covers the gap.

How It Works

From rent due to rent paid

Collect rent through RMO. Tenants pay rent into RMO as part of your collections process.
You get paid on the due date. BizRent pays you the full rent on the due date, every cycle — your cash flow no longer depends on tenant timing or collections follow-up.
RMO covers a late tenant. If a tenant pays late, that gap is RMO’s to absorb and recover — not yours to chase.
Tenants get flexibility. Tenants who are RMO members can split rent into smaller payments, up to weekly, which lines up with how people are actually paid and helps them stay current.

Per-unit pricing by membership tier

BizRent is billed per rental unit under management, per month. The per-unit rate improves as your RMO business membership tier rises — four tiers, mapped to BizMembership I–IV.
