You can order personal checks or request a replacement debit card at any time through MyRMO.
Ordering Checks
- Log in to MyRMO and navigate to your checking account.
- Select "Order Checks" from the account services menu.
- Choose your check style and quantity. Standard checks are complimentary for MyUltimate members; other tiers may have a small per-box charge.
- Confirm your mailing address and submit the order.
Checks typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
Requesting a New Debit Card
- Log in to MyRMO and go to "Card Management" under your checking account.
- Select "Replace Card" and choose the reason (lost, stolen, damaged, or name change).
- Confirm your shipping address. Standard delivery is free and takes 7–10 business days. Expedited delivery (2–3 business days) is available for $15.
If your card was lost or stolen, it will be deactivated immediately upon submitting the replacement request. You can continue to use MyRMO for online transactions and bill pay while waiting for your new card.
